1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the okpanalo platform — including the website at okpanalo.app and any associated mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

okpanalo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform where reasonably practical.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use okpanalo, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.
• Not be a person who has previously been suspended or banned from okpanalo.
• Not register on behalf of another person.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance held may be forfeited pending review. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information remains current and accurate. Update your details promptly if any information changes.

okpanalo may require identity verification (KYC) before you can access full platform features including withdrawals. Supported documents include government-issued Philippine identification. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account restrictions.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

okpanalo employs SSL encryption, KYC verification, and OTP-protected transactions as standard security measures. However, the security of your account also depends on your own practices — using a strong, unique password and logging out of shared devices are your responsibility.

• Do not share your account credentials with anyone.
• Log out after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Report suspected unauthorized access to support immediately.
• okpanalo is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to okpanalo in a timely manner.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on okpanalo are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported transaction methods include local Philippine bank transfers, InstaPay, PESONet, and Philippine e-wallets.

• Deposit funds must come from accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals require a verified account (completed KYC). Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. VIP tier members receive priority processing.
• okpanalo reserves the right to perform additional verification on any transaction where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply and are stated within the platform cashier.

In the event of a technical error during a transaction, the platform reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore account balances to their state before the error occurred, pending investigation.

5 Game Rules & Fair Play

okpanalo provides a range of game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, table games, and online poker. Use of any game category is subject to the individual game rules displayed within the game interface, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines. Each outcome is independent of previous results — no betting system, strategy, or pattern can predict or influence future results. No win is guaranteed.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by real-world sporting events. okpanalo reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, event cancellation, or where the integrity of an event is in question.

• Players must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any game.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
• Abuse of promotional mechanics or exploitation of software errors is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of affected winnings.

6 Promotions & Bonuses

okpanalo offers promotions, bonuses, cashback, and other incentive programs from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, qualifying game categories, and expiry conditions. • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses claimed fraudulently — including through multiple accounts or misrepresentation — will be voided.
• okpanalo reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

General promotional terms always apply in addition to any campaign-specific terms. In the event of a conflict, campaign-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

7 Responsible Gaming

okpanalo is committed to providing an entertainment experience that stays within healthy limits. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools through your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session time reminders — receive alerts when you have been playing for a set period.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently restrict your access to the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

okpanalo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if:

• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected on your account.
• You have registered from a jurisdiction where access to the platform is restricted.

Upon account termination, any pending withdrawals for legitimately won funds will be processed after verification review, subject to the platform's fraud and compliance procedures. Funds linked to bonus abuse or rule violations may be forfeited.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting support. Pending transactions at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with platform procedures.

9 Limitation of Liability

okpanalo provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the team works to maintain consistent uptime and performance, temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may occur.

• okpanalo is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interrupted connectivity.
• okpanalo is not responsible for decisions made by players during gameplay, including bet sizing or session duration.
• Where a technical error results in an incorrect payout, okpanalo reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10 Governing Law & Contact

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of okpanalo will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
